Komuroyama Kofun is a keyhole-shaped mounded tomb located between Nakatsuhime-no-mikoto-ryo Kofun [26] and Ojin-tenno-ryo Kofun [33-1].
The mound length is 150 m, and the height of its round rear part is 15.3 m.
Rows of cylindrical haniwa (earthenware funerary sculptures) survive on the mound terraces, while representational haniwa have been excavated.
The construction period dates to the second half of the 4th century.
